Choosing a sign type

Match the style to the message. Use Danger for hazards that could kill or seriously injure, Warning for other hazards, Mandatory for required actions such as PPE, Prohibition for things that are not allowed, and Emergency or Fire for first aid, evacuation and fire equipment. Use Safety First for general safety reminders. For everyday business information, choose Notice or a General Custom Sign.

Choosing a material

  • Corflute – lightweight and economical, for temporary and site use.
  • PVC Foam Board – rigid and lightweight, for indoor and sheltered areas.
  • Colorbond – strong, rigid steel for many permanent applications.

Add a Reflective finish for car parks, driveways and areas seen at night.

Choosing a size

450 × 300 mm suits doors, walls and indoor areas. 600 × 450 mm suits fences, gates and site entries where the sign is read from further away. Both come in landscape or portrait.

Adding your business logo

Upload a PNG or JPG and choose small, medium or large. The logo has its own space at the bottom of the sign, so the safety message stays clear.

Supplying your own artwork

Already have a design? Choose Upload my artwork and attach a PDF, PNG or JPG. Set it up at the same proportions as your chosen size.

Production

Custom sign FAQs

Can I add my company logo?

Yes. In the designer, choose Add your business logo and upload a PNG or JPG up to 5 MB. Your logo sits in its own area at the bottom of the sign in a small, medium or large size, so it never covers the header, symbol or safety message.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. Choose Upload my artwork at the top of the designer and attach your finished file. Then pick your size, material and finish and order as normal.

Can I see my sign before ordering?

Yes. The preview updates as you type, and the Review step shows your finished sign with every option you chose. You confirm the design before it goes in your cart.

Which materials are available?

Corflute, PVC Foam Board and Colorbond, each in a Non-Reflective or Reflective finish. The price for each option is shown in the designer.

Can I order multiple signs?

Yes. Set the quantity for your design before adding it to your cart. For several different designs, add each one to your cart separately. For larger orders, contact us.

What file types can I upload?

Logos: PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB. Finished artwork: PDF, PNG or JPG, up to 15 MB. A high-resolution file or print-ready PDF at the same proportions as your sign gives the best result.

Will you check my artwork before production?

Our team checks custom orders before production and will contact you if anything needs clarifying, such as a low-resolution file. Your sign is made with the wording you approve, so please check the spelling carefully before you order.

Can I change my custom order after submitting it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Custom signs are made to order, so changes can only be made before production starts.

Is my custom safety sign AS 1319 compliant?

Our safety templates follow the recognised colours and layouts for each sign type, and those parts are fixed in the designer. But whether a finished sign is suitable also depends on your wording, symbol, size and where it's installed, so we can't certify custom signs as compliant. Base your signage on your own risk assessment.
