450 × 300 mm suits doors, walls, cabinets and indoor areas where people read the sign up close.
600 × 450 mm suits fences, gates, site entries, car parks and anywhere the sign must be read from further away.
More words need more space – if the preview warns that your text is small, choose the larger size.

How our custom sign designer works
- Choose a sign style. Pick Danger, Warning, Mandatory / PPE, Prohibition, Emergency / First Aid, Fire, Notice, Safety First or a General Custom Sign.
- Type your wording. Your text is centred and sized automatically, and the preview updates as you type.
- Add a symbol or logo (optional). Choose from symbols suited to your sign type, or add your business logo in its own area at the bottom of the sign.
- Choose size, material and finish. The price updates as you go.
- Review and order. Check your sign, confirm it, and add it to your cart. Your design is sent with your order for production.

Materials
- Corflute – lightweight, weatherproof fluted plastic. An economical choice for temporary signs, construction sites and events.
- PVC Foam Board – smooth, rigid and lightweight. Suits indoor walls and doors and sheltered outdoor areas.
- Colorbond – rigid pre-painted steel. Our strongest option for many permanent outdoor installations on fences, gates and walls.
Every material is available in a Non-Reflective or Reflective finish. Reflective sheeting stays visible in headlights and low light.
Sizes
Choose 450 × 300 mm or 600 × 450 mm, in landscape or portrait. Use the larger size where the sign needs to be read from further away.
About safety-sign styles
Our safety templates follow the colours and layouts people recognise from Australian safety signs (AS 1319). Danger, Warning, Notice and Safety First signs use a full-width header panel sized in proportion to the sign, as on standard printed sign blanks, and the key parts – header, safety colours and symbol shapes – are fixed so they can't be changed by accident. Whether a finished sign is suitable for your workplace also depends on your wording, symbol, size and where it's installed, so we can't certify a custom sign as compliant. Base your signage on your own risk assessment and workplace obligations.
